• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

• In case of any app failure to conform to a warranty (if any), you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable under Apple policies.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them where applicable.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this iOS app on Apple-branded devices you own/control, as permitted by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or use the app in violation of applicable law or Apple platform rules.

6. Updates and availability

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability limit
