1. Scope

This policy applies only to the iOS version of Body BMI Calculator distributed through Apple App Store. It explains what data is processed and how it is handled.

2. Data we process

• Health-related input you type (for example height, weight, age, sex) to calculate BMI. By default, this data is processed on-device.
• Diagnostics and crash data (if enabled in iOS settings) to improve app stability.
• Device-level identifiers only when needed for analytics or ads, and only in line with Apple platform rules.

3. iOS permissions and tracking

• We request only permissions necessary for app features.
• We do not track users across third-party apps/websites without permission.
• If tracking is ever used, we will request consent using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt first.
• You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

4. Apple Privacy Nutrition Label alignment

Data categories disclosed in App Store Connect (for example “Data Used to Track You”, “Data Linked to You”, “Data Not Linked to You”) are intended to match actual app behavior for this iOS build.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited technical data with service providers (analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or support) under contractual safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

• Locally stored app data can usually be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data on device.
• If you request deletion of data we control, contact us at contact@foydali.com.

7. Children’s privacy

The app is not intentionally directed to children under the legally required minimum age. If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us and we will review and delete where required.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions are published on this page with a revised effective date.
