1. Scope

This policy applies only to the Google Play version of Body BMI Calculator.

2. Data Safety (Google Play compliance)

Our Data Safety form in Google Play Console is intended to match actual data handling in this Android build. We describe:

• what data is collected and/or shared;
• why data is used (app functionality, analytics, security, ads if enabled);
• whether data is encrypted in transit; and
• whether users can request data deletion.

3. Data we may process

• User input data (height, weight, age, sex) for BMI calculations, typically processed on-device.
• App info and performance (crash logs, diagnostics) to fix issues.
• Device or other IDs where needed for analytics or advertising features.
• Advertising data if ads are enabled, subject to provider policies and Android settings.

4. Permissions

We request only permissions necessary for app functionality and policy-compliant operations. Permissions can be managed in Android settings.

5. Ads and Google Play Families/children considerations

If the app targets or may be used by children, ad behavior and SDK usage follow applicable Google Play Families and ads policies. We do not allow behavior that violates child safety requirements.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers (analytics, crash reporting, hosting, customer support) under contractual protections.

7. Retention and deletion

• Local app data may be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
• To request deletion of server-side data (if any), contact contact@foydali.com.

8. International transfers and rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data processing. Contact us to submit requests.
